About SOUYA

SOUYA is a full-spectrum technology company being built from Indore — websites and ERP for Indian businesses today, industrial technology on the shop floor next, and hardware engineered and manufactured in India in the long run. Every rupee that goes in comes from work delivered. Every product is real code, not a slide.
The story so far
Real client shipped. Four internal products in flight. The map is being walked.
SOUYA started by rebuilding the entire digital operation of a real business — Johnny Peter, a denim brand in Indore. Custom website, Odoo ERP, live inventory API between the two, and a full product catalogue shot with AI instead of a studio. One integrated system, engineered end to end.
In active development alongside client work: SOUYA ERP — a fully white-labeled Odoo distribution for Indian SMBs; SOUYA Pulse — a vendor-neutral AI command centre that sits on top of a business's existing tools; and clean-room replacements for Odoo's Enterprise modules, starting with Barcode and Quality. Four things in flight at once, all shipping as real code.
SOUYA takes on work it can deliver properly, so client relationships stay deliberate. No outsourcing, no white-labels, no fundraising theatre. If we're a fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you and point you somewhere honest.

Every project we ship should still be running the day the business becomes something bigger. That framing decides which shortcuts we take and which we refuse.

Ship it as code, not as a slide.
Every SOUYA product exists as real code in a real repository, deployed and running. No pitch decks, no waitlists that never open, no vaporware.

Own the whole stack.
No offshore hand-offs. No white-labels of somebody else's tool. No “our team” cover for freelancers we've never met. If it carries SOUYA's name, it was built here.

Say no to what we can't deliver.
We turn down more work than we take. Honest scope, honest timelines, honest capacity — even when it costs us the deal. That's how the client relationships stay clean.

Build software that survives its buyer.
The system should keep running when the founder who signed it off moves on. Documented, maintained, and shaped so someone else can pick it up without a rescue mission.

Why Indore
Built here, on purpose.
SOUYA is being built from a Tier-2 city — not because we can't reach the others, but because we won't. The manufacturing belt is right here. The industrial land where Phase 2 begins is already ours. The shop floors we'll eventually put sensors on are within driving distance.
India's next great technology companies don't all have to come from Bangalore. This one starts in Indore, close to the factories and warehouses it plans to serve. Cheap talk moves fast in tech-hub cities; deep work is easier somewhere quieter.
The address is a signal, not a footnote. We're here for the long game, and we're building from where the long game happens.
